1. Information about the Owner

2. Subject of Service

This website allows users to:

  • Access information regarding the accommodation "Blu Holiday".
  • Make real-time bookings for tourist stays. By using this website, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bookings and Legal Obligations

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment (total or partial, depending on the selected rate). Users are required to provide truthful and complete data. Pursuant to the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Safety (T.U.L.P.S.), guests must present a valid identity document upon check-in for each person (including minors).

4. Data Collection Purposes (Security and Tax)

Guest personal data is acquired exclusively for fiscal and security purposes. In compliance with current legislation, the Owner will transmit guest data to the competent authorities via:

  • AlloggiatiWeb Service: communication of data to the Questura (Public Safety Authority).
  • Region Lombardia Tourism Portal (ROSS 1000): for mandatory statistical purposes.
  • Municipality of Toscolano Maderno: for the management and payment of the tourist tax.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in Euro (€). Payments are handled through secure third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe); the Owner does not store sensitive credit card data. Upon request, a receipt or invoice will be issued in accordance with current regulations.

6. Tourist Tax

The tourist tax of the Municipality of Toscolano Maderno is not included in the booking price (unless otherwise specified) and must be paid according to the amounts and methods established by local municipal regulations at the time of the stay.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

  • Exclusion of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts relating to accommodation services provided on a specific date or period.
  • Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise stated during the booking process, free cancellation is available up to 10 days before arrival. Any refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the booking.

8. Stay Conditions

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
  • Guest Obligations: Respect the maximum occupancy, maintain the accommodation in good condition, and observe the rules of civil coexistence.
  • Prohibitions: Organizing parties, causing disturbance with excessive noise, and subletting the accommodation to third parties are strictly forbidden.

9. Security Deposit and Liability

The Owner reserves the right to request a security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the stay following an inspection of the property. The guest is liable for any damage caused to the structure or the property contained therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items within the property, nor for service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., blackouts, natural events, unpredictable technical failures).

11. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, photos, logos) belongs to Blu Holiday. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Amendments and Jurisdiction

The Owner may modify these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon publication. For any dispute, the Court of Brescia shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
