🛣️ By Highway (A4 Milan–Venice)
From Milan (Brescia Ovest/Centro): If you prefer a smoother route, take the Brescia Est exit and follow the SS45bis (Gardesana Occidentale) towards Salò/Riva del Garda. Continue along the lakeside until you reach Toscolano Maderno.
From Venice/Verona: The recommended exit is Desenzano del Garda. Follow signs for Salò, then continue north on the Gardesana Occidentale (SS45bis) until you arrive.

🗺️ Alternative Routes
If you want to avoid the highway or enjoy scenic views:

From Upper Lake Garda (Riva del Garda): Drive south along the scenic Gardesana Occidentale road.
Ferry (from Torri del Benaco): If you’re coming from the Verona side, you can take the ferry across the lake, which will take you directly to Maderno (very convenient for avoiding heavy weekend traffic).
